Certified Compassion Cultivation™ Training Instructor
What I Do

CCT™ includes practical tools and exercises you can use to enhance your awareness, compassion and resilience. Click here to read more.
All of Integrate Compassion's offerings are rooted in the CCT™ steps, research, and evidence based strategies.
How I Do It
I follow a scientifically researched and evidenced based approach to compassion education that was developed at Stanford University CCARE (Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education).
I participate in the Compassion Education Alliance, staying abreast of the latest strategies for teaching compassion as well as learning additional skills for trauma sensitive teaching. I have a special interest in furthering my education in Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB).
I've studied at the Land of Medicine Buddha in Soquel, California, receiving formal instruction from Tenzin Chogkyi and others on subjects including Cultivating Emotional Balance, Cultivating Compassion, Compassionate Boundaries, Non Violent Communication, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Mindful Leadership.
Here's an interview from the "State of Mind" radio show on Managing Emotions Mindfully.
Why I Do It
I have personally found CCT™ to be a complete game changer. Compassion Cultivation Training has benefited every relationship in my life.
I love sharing the outlook, awareness and practices that make such a difference for so many all around the world.
Compassion for those supporting loved ones who suffer from mental health disorders and addiction issues is at the heart of my vision to offer this training. We are not alone.
